Pistachio

The Story

Pistachio drinks keep showing up everywhere, but most of them taste like almond extract with green colouring. Ours tastes like actual pistachio: roasted, nutty, with a slight saltiness that sits alongside the sweetness instead of competing with it.

The cream is thick. When it blends with the milk, the drink turns a soft, dusty green, not the bright colour you see in pistachio ice cream. That pale colour is how you know it is real. The flavour is rich and lingers on your tongue after you swallow.

This is one of our specials, which means it is here because people kept asking for it. It started as a limited run and stayed on the menu because regulars would not let us take it off.
