When you want to drink a cookieThe Story
Lotus Biscoff is one of those biscuits that everybody recognises. That caramelised, spiced flavour with the crunchy snap. We melt the Biscoff spread into warm milk and blend it until smooth, then layer it into the tea.
The flavour is warm and biscuity, with cinnamon and caramel notes that sit heavier than regular milk tea. It tastes like someone turned a cookie into a drink, and that is exactly the point. The tea keeps it from being too sweet, adding a malty bitterness that balances the sugar from the spread.
This started as a seasonal special and became permanent within two weeks. People would walk in asking for it by name before we even had a sign up. If you like Biscoff on toast, this is the liquid version.
