Passion fruit is loud. You can smell it before you taste it: tart, tropical, almost perfume-like. It does not sit quietly in a drink. It takes over. Which is exactly what we want it to do here.
The pulp goes straight into the tea, seeds and all. The seeds are crunchy and add texture that most fruit teas do not have. Between the seeds, the boba, and the tart fruit, every sip has something happening in it. The green tea keeps the drink from being just straight fruit juice.
This is our most sour drink. If you like tart flavours, this is where you start. The fragrance is big, the acid is sharp, and the finish is clean.
