The Story

Honeydew is one of those flavours that does not shout. It is sweet and mild, with a clean finish that disappears quickly. In a milk tea, that gentleness is the whole appeal. The drink is not trying to overwhelm you. It is just melon, milk, tea, and pearls.

The colour is a soft, pale green. Not bright, not neon. It looks the way honeydew tastes: quiet and easy. The milk tea base is lighter here than in our other flavoured teas because the melon needs room to come through.

This is the one people order on hot days when they want something cold and sweet but not heavy. It goes down quickly. The pearls add texture, but the drink itself is smooth and thin, closer to a fruit milk than a thick boba.
