Dragon Fruit Milk Tea

The Story

Dragon fruit is more about texture than taste. The flavour is mild, almost like a cross between kiwi and pear. But the colour is wild: bright magenta that stains everything it touches. When blended into milk tea, it turns the cup a vivid hot pink that looks nothing like the other drinks on our menu.
