The Story

This is not the bubble waffle. This is a thick, Belgian-style waffle with deep pockets that hold whatever we put on top. It comes out of the iron golden-brown and heavy, with crispy edges and a soft, doughy centre that steams when you break it open.

Our signature combination goes on top while the waffle is still warm so everything melts into those pockets. The warmth from the waffle turns the toppings into a mix of melted and crunchy textures that you cannot get if you wait too long to eat it.

This is the one you order when a drink is not enough and you want something that sits heavier. It pairs with everything on the menu, but it is enough on its own if you just want dessert.
